James Partners Lawyers is an incorporated legal practice and is operated by Tom Mutavdzija who is the the director of the firm.  He is also a Notary Public offering notarial services.

 

Tom has over 20 years legal experience and has previously worked in the Melbourne CBD for a major mid-tier Australian law firm as a senior associate and previously for other CBD based commercial legal firms.

 

Once we are retained to act, Tom will be acting exclusively in your matter from its inception to its conclusion meaning that your matter will not be bounced around from one legal practitioner to another. We believe that it is extremely important that only one legal practitioner be involved in the matter to ensure continuity and to keep costs to a minimum.
